ebay listing special

I had a call this morning on 5,10,05 from ebay and they said that they were
running a special on ebaymotors for car parts and accessories with a reserve
of $9.95 or more that this maximum listing fee will be 50 cents. I ask if
this also applied to a relist and the lady on the phone did not know.
Please confirm for yourself but this might be a good way for FOT members to
turn some heavy metal objects (HMOs) in your garage into money for race
tires etc.
