I really, really like the Saab Coaxial clutch actuator. Once you get it
spaced right, and paired with the right master cylinder so you can't
overextend it and blow brake fluid everywhere it's foolproof, light, smooth
and very positive. Took some fiddling, but it's worth it. If I had to do it
again there would be no fiddling--I have the complete recipe.

I'll second the vote for clutchmasters.  I have the later TR4A-6 clutch in
my Street/AutoX TR3, converted with a TR4A flywheel. As already mentioned,
shorten the nose on the part the TO bearing rides on and cross drill the
cross shaft and clutch fork, so you are not relying on that flimsy little
pin to keep the fork anchored.
