$275.oo for carbon fiber tr4 hoods. I just placed an order for five.
These are done really well by a company that also does Indy and showroom
quality roadster stuff. You can't tell from the outside they are not
original. But, looking at the underside -well that's another matter. Even
at top gear they don't rattle.
You want weight.... I don't have that but, suffice it to say it will be
about 8lbs. They will have alum stiffining plat upfront with nut plate for
easy fitting. I have had mine for a few years. There are a few on this
side of the USA that want to catch up to me.. so, they want to take out some
weight. Even with this hood my car weighs in at 2152. Lots of steel
safety bars.
The issue is to get them to you if you are not within driving range of my
place. They can be palletized and sent commercial carrier.
