Amen
The first time it happened my suit was nearly soiled. After a while I got
used to stabbing the brakes with my left foot while my right foot was buried
on the go pedal down the straight. At the end of the straight the pads were
back in their normal position and I had brakes when I needed them. I got a
lot of dirty looks from overtaking cars.
I'm on the BFE list for the strengthening kit and the Southwick list for
alloy hubs.

I like them a lot--they don't break. Also love the uprated axles--the pucks
don't get pushed back in your brakes. Having that much flex in a front stub
is nervewracking to begin with.

JK Jackson got me some of these, or something similar and we didn't use
them, becuase JK didn't like them. Anybody else had problems, or are we
missing something?
