[FOT] front spindles

Thanks to everybody who responded to my request for interest in the 
front spindle project. There is enough interest that I can pursue it. 
We're in the process of transferring documents and I'm making initial 
contacts with potential machining suppliers. I'll keep the lists 
up-to-date as we progress.
