[Fot] Odd bits needed

Amici, 
Who should I look to for a good rocker shaft for my new Harland Sharp bushed 
rocker arms.  Do I need a hardened shaft for the soft bushings.

Second, is there any particular throwout bearing for the GT6 that's better or 
smoother than the others.  

Near as I can tell, the standard stuff lasts about 35 years.  Who sells the 
40 year stuff?
