According to the F1 web site, "The BMW Sauber and Williams teams have
escaped penalty after being investigated by Brazilian Grand Prix stewards
over fuel irregularities on their cars at the end of Sunday's Interlagos
race."
So if this is indeed right, your hope has been confirmed!

I certainly hope that isn't true. The stewards have been far to
active this year. The rules read like the tax code and the stewards
seem to enjoy influencing the outcome of a races.
