FOT and TOPEKA ENTRANTS
You might have noticed.....there were three AMBROs at TOPEKA.
One writer was fascinated by AMBRO #97 and wanted to do a short article in a
magazine. We gathered the three Ambros together for a photo shoot and they may
make appearances in the higher quality Vintage/Classic magazines. Fun stuff,
especially after all of the work building one and running it for the first
time.
The two other AMBROS are owned by Bill Bonadio (Chev V-8) and Mike Fuchs
(Chevy V-8)
Status of current AMBRO builds:
AMBRO ARE-001 TR4 powered finished
AMBRO ARE-002 MG powered work in process
AMBRO ARE-003 GT6 powered work in process
AMBRO ARE-004 GT6 powered shipped
AMBRO ARE-005 ------ powered proposal pending
These build efforts are a tribute to Bill Ames.
Additionally, the most recent recipient of the Bill Ames Memorial was Bob
Kramer when Larry Young passed it on to Bob at TOPEKA.
Very deservedly so.......Congratulations Bob!
