John is an amazing machinist.  I spent a day in his shop last spring and
watched him overhaul my Spit cyl head and fit custom bee-hive valve springs
(search his videos to see it done)

He is a "fiat guy" but I can't hold that against him.

Good video. We need to keep this guy's name/number on file.

I am always impressed with a good machinist. I have a plumber replacing 
tub/shower faucets in one of our bathrooms today. Good plumbers impress me 
as well. In fact, all most everybody that is good impresses
