I find what you need in the Pegasus catalogue. You'd just need to know your
thread size into the engine block -- they have several sizes. Under 20
bucks. Website says "in stock."
Separately they have the remote filter heads for the actual filter.
Go to www.pegasusautoracing.com and type "oil filter adapter" in the keyword
search.
I also found them in the Summit catalogue (summitracing.com). They're
talking about Fords and Chevies, but it's the same deal: know your thread
size into the engine block.
