[Fot] Spit upright replacement (?)

I was just going threw some of my stock spit parts and I just so happened up
look at my friends TR6.  Is it possible to use a TR6 upright/brake/spindle? I
know the trunion, ball joint are wider and the whole upright is about an inch
or so taller.

But is the TR6 a stronger unit?

Is it worthwhile to do it?
