Any good automotive machine shop can re-drill your flywheel for a new
pressure plate bolt pattern.  My recommendation is that you use a Toyota
pressure plate and have the flywheel lightened at the same time. If you use
a Toyota pressure plate it will be necessary to have about a .020" step on
the face of the flywheel where the disc makes contact.  If the shop does
not know this then go somewhere else.
