On a similar note, years ago during one of the TRA conventions in Greensbu=
rg while doing the Fun Rally my TR4A water pump impeller shaft decided it h=
ad had enough and packed it in.=C2=A0 I limped into the Roadster Factory fo=
r the picnic and Charles and John Swager opened the company for me to get a=
new pump.=C2=A0 I just took everything I thought I would need, they loaned=
me a floor jack (to lift the engine enough to so the pully would clear the=
crossmember enough to remove Triumph's industrial strength fan belt) and s=
crounged up some antifreeze to replace what I had lost.=C2=A0 I changed the=
pump in their parking lot.=C2=A0 There were no questions about payment and=
they just sent me a bill later on for the pump plus the other parts.=C2=A0=
I have been buying from the Roadster Factory since Charles was running the=
operation from his father's house and could always count on them for quali=
ty parts and advice, not to mention their support for the hobby in general!=
!=C2=A0 I hope they are able to rebuild the business.=C2=A0=C2=A0

The loss of material items is bad enough, but truly sad to lose such a cus=

, but they were gracious enough to let me change the filter and gasket in t=
heir back lot.=C2=A0 One of them even came out to see if all was going well=

They will be missed until they hopefully rebuild.
