Hey Brent, are you out there?
Isn't this one of the books that you loaned me when we were
playing with the early prototypes?
Not sure where to find a copy but maybe Brent will have an
idea...also Brent (being the well-read gentleman that he is)
may also be able to suggest others on the topic.
