I have a BJ8 that needs a good home. I apologize in advance if this isnt
PC as I havent been active on this list for quite a while. Those of you
who are older subscribers may remember my tale of whoa. To offer a brief
synopsis: about ten years ago, I brought my BJ8 to an alleged restorer who
proceeded to dismantle my car (as well as several others), and due to
distance, work schedule, family obligations, etc., I wasnt as diligent as I
should have been in checking on the progress. One Friday afternoon, I found
myself with some free time, and in the vicinity of alleged restorer I
thought Id drop in. I hope none of you ever experience the horror of
discovering that this jerk was out of business and a substantial number of
parts for my Healey were nowhere to be found. I recovered what I could and
put it in storage.

Thus we segue to today: I still have the remains of the Healey, and always
thought Id collect enough parts to complete the project, however, Ive
accepted a job offer in another state and circumstances dont allow me to
hang onto this dream.

If anyone is interested, Im in the North suburbs of Boston, and would
rather not see this go the shredder. I have (somewhere) a Heritage
certificate. The numbers are HBJ8L/39704 29K/RU/H14394.

Please contact me off the list at: ggalvin@msn.com

Thanks,
Greg
