I've been told that the "1" on the flywheel does not matter. I put in a Bill
Bolton lightened flywheel and I assumed it had been balanced. I of course
was WRONG. The "1" has been ground off the flywheel. Is it important?
I now have the flywheel back out because of the vibration. I hope I did not
damage the main berrings.
I am now looking for a shop that can balance the flywheel in KY. If it is
balanced it should not matter where the "1" goes, correct? Can I just bolt
up w/o problems?
