blinkers

I've turned to this group from time to time for electrical advice...Hope you
don't mind if I try again.

 

I've got a 1968 Datsun 2000 roadster.  It has both and emergency flasher
relay and turn signal relay.  The power from the flasher switch powers the
blinkers.

 

My headlinghts work, brake lights work, and flashers work.  My blinkers
(none of the four) light at all.  Do you think it's the flasher relay?
