Choke Cable Positioning

I have a BT7 where the choke is under the dash, fastened to the fascia 
bracket next to my right knee.  This apparently was the location just 
after the automatic chokes were discountinued and before putting it in 
the dashboard itself.

I can't quite figure out which opening in the bulkhead/firewall the 
choke cable passes through and would appreciate the list's help.
