Check for a loose/corroded terminal somewhere, either at the battery, battery
switch, ground, solenoid or starter. Also check the ground from engine to
chassis. You may want to temporarily jump around the battery switch in your
testing, as they are prone to fail internally. You might also have a flat spot
on
your starter.
