Thanks to all that responded.

Judging by some of the suggestions, I now realize that my initial description
was less than clear. The Fulcrum pins that I am trying to remove are located
on the "A" arm at the chassis bracket. The pins are veeeery rusty and frozen
to the bracket and probably to the steel liner in the bushings (there is a
steel liner in the bushings, right?). The chassis bracket appears to be in
decent shape and I don't want to damage it.

I have tried to pry between the washer and bracket to no avail. I am going to
give it another try tonight and cut through the pins, after I pick up a
significant supply of sawsall blades.
