I think that was the reasoning behind the ban...I would like to see the data
to support that supposition. Just how many peds were injured by eared knock
on spinners???
Of course the question is never asked why we can't just teach pedestrians the
simple physics of frail bodies coming into contact with moving vehicles.
They just can't help themselves...
Vehicle vs. pedestrian, who wins? Vehicle, every time.
