Heater cable clamps.

Does anyone have a source for the small clamps that pin down the cable sheaths
for the cold air cable (at the valve) and the cable clamp for the heater air
control cable?  Not the trunion and screw assys, --but the flat metal bit that
holds the cable sheath in place.

I'd rather not have to make these, if I don't need to.
