Works type brakets

Hello All;



I am looking to do the "works" type look on the front of my car where the
"flamethrowers" are mounted directly on brackets attached to the frame where
the bumper usually attaches (the bumper is removed).



Does anybody have know where the brackets can be purchased or have any
templates/patterns)?
