I don't think you need to start switching to 16" wheels just yet.
Vredestein, Michelin and Avon all make the 15 * 165 tire. When I lived
in Canada I had a set of Coopers which I quite liked. Don't know if they
still make them or not.
You will have to pay a higher price than you guys over there are used
to, but the three tyres mentioned above are all good, plus they have an
appropriate tread pattern. Most modern tires have modern treads and they
don't look right on a Healey IMHO.
