Nope, just drain and switch.  If you're really worried about it, do the next 
drain and fill after short mileage.

There will be quite a bit about 1/2 liter left in the hydraulic system in 
the overdrive on a drain, and a bit left in the little 'bathtub' cavities at 
the rear hub bearings.  Draining when hot and letting things drip overnight 
might help a bit.

Question,
If you switch from conventional lubricants to the Redline products in the
trans or the differential, do you need to do anything beyond just draining 
the
old product, before putting the Redline lubricant in?
IE: There would always be some conventional oil remaining...
