Bob,
All of these unbelievably low "Buy it Now" prices on eBay are scams and are
one of the main tipoffs to a scam.  There was one for a BJ8 a few days ago.
I tried to notify eBay, but they have made that difficult with their
"menu-based" reporting system.  The eBay number I copied from the ad and
pasted into their menu was rejected by eBay as "not a valid number".  Well,
Duh!
It appears that someone has recognized this offer as a scam and placed an
unbelievably high bid in response to the unbelievably low Buy it Now price
just to pull the scammer's chain.

The outrageous bid notwithstanding, the "buy it now" price is very low
for what looks like a pretty nice car (looks like it has HD8 carbs,
though, and
several other mods).

What's the catch?
