The shop manual lists .040" overbore.

IIRC, that and grinding the rod journals the allowed .040" undersize, but
off-center, so as to SLIGHTLY increase the stroke, yields a new displacement
of 2993cc - still UNDER the class limit, but I have not done the math
(recently) either.
