The list often takes it own divergent path down memory lane, useless 
trivia, politics, cars besides Healeys (remember the long discussion of 
the Renault Dauphine?) etc., and mamy times those conversations are 
interesting or amusing.

But I see no need to formulize such a set up, as it happens enough on 
its own, and that is more natural fun and unscripted, kind of like 
deciding to take the Healey to work on a whim just because you like the 
smell in the air that morning.
