Put it on the car!  If you don't, its just a pretty peice of metal;  On the 
car, its an upgrade that will be noticed and appreciated, especially by you. 
I had my BN7 original bumpers rechromed in 1987.  After 20 years and 30,000 
miles they are still beautiful.
