You don't say which type of car you have. If it is a HD, it could be a bad
diaphragm.  Are you sure that it is coming out of the manifold drains? If
your float jets are stuck, you will leak out of the float chamber overflow
pipes.

have noticed that lately my fuel pump continues to click approx 1 click
every
20-30 seconds or so and fuel is coming out the manifold drains.  i have
eliminated the needle valves as the problem.  any idea of where to start
