As has already been suggested, see if #5 plug will spark when held
against the engine (but be careful not to get your fingers in the way!).
If it does not spark, check the inside of the distributor cap for
tracking between #5 connection and earth. (This usually shows up as a
thin grey brown mark across the inside of the cap). If it does spark, it
is likely that the voltage present at the spark plug is not sufficient
to spark in the cylinder but is enough to spark in air.

Please let us know what you find!

Regards

Paul

I should learn more tech English :-)

This should be more understandable:
At first I checked the spark plugs and saw a wet spark plug on # 5.
I replaced the spark plug, the connector and the ignition wire of # 5.

The distributor is a Mallory dual point distributor.
I've already got some useful advice and will continue to find the cause.

Thanks
Achim
