All they can and should be able to do is to adjust the toe-in. That greatly 
effects the appearance of the appearance of the camber of the wheels. If 
you're running radial tires, toe-in should be pretty much plus or minus 
zero. Bias ply tires should toe in approx. 1/16" to 1/8".
