The rear brakes can give you a false clearance with the hand brake cable 
partially applying prssure on the shoes. Release the hand brake clevis pin 
from the bellcrank actuator to allow the rods and levers to let the shoes to 
fully come to rest, then adjust the rear show clearance so they are just 
skimming the drums, then finally reinstall the hand brake clevis pin and 
adjust it for amount of slackness required.
