[Healeys] BN6 Sidescreen Restoration

Got a couple scungy sidescreens I'd like to salvage. Surely some of you have 
done that. How do you get the old, cracked rubber seals out out of the grooves? 
How do you replace the plastic panes? I really wanna know.... Thanks - JRC
