Wes,

Here's a few pictures showing the knurled knob that attaches to the pin 
for a BJ7. I have also seen a longer extension made up of a coupler, 
tightly wound spring material and a knurled knob that came off a BJ8 
speedo. Let me know if you want a picture of that set up.
