Guys, I used to be the representative for Oilite self-lubricating bearings
in The Netherlands. The oiling instructions are as Kees suggested: immerse
in (engine) oil, heat till approx 80 to 90 deg C or 175 to 195 F, cool down
to room temp, take bearing(s) out. Do NOT use grease as grease will clog the
pores of the bearing.
