[Healeys] oil pressure

if i remember correctly my old stovebolt chevy engine with the dipper system 
only ran at 15 psi, 30 being the top indication.  i know it is not the same 
engine, but i can remember wrapping it up to hear it bellow without it 
self-destructing.   hjim
