As the AH, like many other British cars of the time, is a collection of
bits and pieces taken from and used on many other UK cars it is certain
that the head lamp ring was used on many other cars. You cannot go by
the part number as one and the same part can have many different part
numbers.
So have a look at the rims of Triumph, Austin, Morris, Mini, MG and many
other UK cars.
