Hard to tell for sure from the video, but it appears you have a significant 
leak at the banjo for the oil supply line to 
the rockershaft (0:12-0:15 on the second video clip).  At high RPM that could 
be significant.  Otherwise the oil 
movement doesn't appear excessive to me (at least at idle).

Sometimes, it's hard to get a good seal around the banjo.  I believe the 
washers should be copper, yours might be 
aluminum.  Also, the rockershaft pedestal that the supply line feeds can get 
cross-threaded by the banjo bolt, causing 
lack of seal.
