Hi Per,
I got the same email this morning. I called PayPal about it & they asked me
to forward it to them at spoof@paypal.com, which I did. Within an hour I got
a reply that it was "phishing". PayPal explained that it is helpful to them
when you send them a copy of what you suspect to be "phishing" so they can use
it to try to track down and stop the sender.
I suggest you do that too.
