While we're on the topic of the kindness and generosity of the List members,
I'd like to thank the Lister who gave me a used BN(X) speedometer angle adapter
a few years ago (unfortunately, I don't remember who it was). We were able to
cobble together a working unit from one we had and parts from that donor. I
think this is a $200+ part new.
Anyone wants to know the 'secrets' of these things give me a holler.

Just wanted to say "publicly" thanks for the offers regarding my quest for
some used wire wheels. A dozen folks offered what they had. Special thanks to
Paul from just south of Rochester NY. He drove nearly three hours one way on a
very rainy day to meet me better than half way between his place and mine.
