[Healeys] Marvel Mystery Oil

The Mystery Oil label says it's a "Top Cylinder Lubricant". After I noticed 
"Upper Cylinder Oil" is listed in "Recommended Lubricants" (page Q.1) I use it 
as a fuel additive.
