Hi Chris,
At least this is the fun bit BUT I would absolutely have to agree with
David.
If it was an original car, and all the parts were properly restored and
sorted I would budget 40 hours..
Add to that any time to clean up threads, find missing parts, clean and
paint all those little (and larger) bits, repair all the damaged harness
connectors, research where things fit (particularly if you haven't
assembled one before or even recently), endlessly sort through fasteners to
find one more "correct" hex bolt or narrow section lock washer, etc, etc.
Remember that car is at least 56 years old and many many parts of it will
require work before they can be reused.
I have over 200 hours of body shell reassembly on #174 after paint not
including mechanical, interior or top.
You can do it quick or you can do it right but not both.
