I grabbed an s handle from the bin back in the day when I worked fro a
restoration shop to use on my 59 BN 4. I have the seat all the way back and
it made for an easier reach. I now have a  smitty 5 speed and like the
center shift location just in front of the ash tray of mu side shift cover.
