[Healeys] fresh air hose

IIRC, i was in Home Depot and saw a 4" reducer used on hot water heater 
exhausts, etc.  put it it on stub and slid the 
heater hose onto the reducer.  i think i had to expand the smaller end slightly 
but it worked (at least at that time).
