VIN is for a BT7, manifolds are correct for later BN4/BT7
Hard to tell if the carbs are HD6 as I do not see the common choke rod on
the bottom/ and an odd throttle adaptor  from the firewall to the carb rod.
Plus the heater hot water tube is missing.
Picking nits to be sure makes you wonder. $8K is a good price for a dry
car, but you have $10 of 1000s of in work ahead of you
