[Healeys] Repro bj8 window crank and door handle

The window crank pivot pin head sticks out too far and tears the door panel. 
Way different design from the original .The interior door handle mountin pin 
holes a not as original making the tip of the handle cut the door panel.I can 
grind the crank pin back but don't have a good solution for the handle.?Ken
