It could be a dragging drum or is there any chance that the front pads are
not the same on both sides?  Different brands of pads can have different
co-efficient of friction cold.  If you had brand A on one side and brand B
on the other this could cause this symptom.
Jack the car up cold and spin each wheel compare side to side at each end
of the car.
