Thanks to everyone for the responses on this subject.
1. I believe that the 90 year old who made the seals before is Martin Mc=
Gregor. How could I forget him. If they crack the code for immortality we n=
eed to get him the first dose. He is a treasure to the hobby. I'd call him =
but I'm hoping to need the seal daily soon and I know his response times...
2. If SC parts has them I'll order from them.
3. I'll keep my heat gun handy just in case.

Subject: re Healey 100 windscreen to body seal
It's a few years ago but the seal from SC Parts fitted very well, using Hol=
ts rubber lubricant to slide the seal over the slots on the bottom of the s=
creen. Just a few months ago I broke the screen glass and had to rebuild a =
new glass into the frame pieces. After rebuilding the frame, I was still ab=
le to re use the same seal, again with a perfect fit to the body. Not sure =
if SC Parts still supply the same seal, but worth asking.
