Hi Mike,
I believe that this subject has been studied in depth by Curt Arndt so he
is the real expert however, here is something that may help.
The 100/6 parts book lists 4 screws to secure the rear quarter panels to
the inner sill (at the bottom).
The part number is *PMN0310* meaning, I believe, 3/16 diameter x 10
sixteenths long and the description is *Screws N0. 10 U.N.F x 5/8"*

I'm aware that the 100 used many 2BA screws which seemed to slowly be
replaced with #10/32 screws as the years went by.
My very early 100 had a lot of 2BA but also many 10/32.
